The guitar part came shortly after the first verse words. The finger picked pattern felt like it fitted well the theme of the song as it was reminiscent of a bubbling stream. The feel of the guitar part was inspired by Alan Carrs harp piece written about following a stream near his house. I wrote the song in DADGAD tuning, with a capo on 3rd fret plus a half capo on the 5th fret, which resulted in the tuning FDGCCF.The pattern is in 7/8.
